- Remember what you want to achieve with your life and who you are becoming.
- Your thoughts create your beliefs, your beliefs become your reality.
- We are not the highest version of ourselves that we can imagine, we are the lowest version of ourselves that we will accept. Turn your dreams and goals into irrefutable minimum standards.
- You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.
- Be constantly aware of your own behavioural patterns. Take note of the highs and the lows, and look fort markers to warn you of turns.
- Be constantly aware of mental feedback loops where one outcome fuels the next iteration. Mental feedback loops can build you up to be the best in the world or break you down.
- Lose the binary stance of one true "right & wrong" and one true "me & not me".
- Nothing is static and everything in this universe is forever becoming. The question is: " Who am I becoming?"
- If your current internal characterization of your self isn't capable of achieving your goals, design one that is. Your character is changeable and you pull the strings.
- Take massive determined action all day long. Execute as you planned it. Be relentless.
- Do the work.
- THE question: What matter now?
Focus & Intention: Instead of thinking of focus as a quality or skill you bring to bear on something, consider focus to be the force you exert to stay in line with your intention.
Operating with "structural integrity" is required to be a breakout performer.
